Fancy Leigh Mills, VP of Operations for Results Focused Training has over 10 years of experience in classroom training, consulting, and recruiting – specializing in the technical support and call center industry. Results Focused Training focuses on bringing training and coaching programs to the Help Desk and Call Center industries.
As a Certified Master Instructor for STI Knowledge she was part of a team that over the past 6 years certified more than 20,000 help desk and call center professionals, managers, directors, and corporate trainers.
She is also a member of the Help Desk Institute Faculty certified to teach a variety a different HDI courses including, Support Center Manager, Support Center Analyst, Field Support Technician, and Certified Instructor. She is also certified at the ITIL Foundations Level.
Fancy also facilitates courses at Dell Computer Corporation that focus on presentation, communication, and time management skills. She has been a facilitator and presenter at industry conferences and events such as SSCE, STI Knowledge Symposium, ASTD, and the Witness Annual User Conference.
Her training philosophy is to make training relevant, focused, and fun!
Fancy graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BS in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She has served on the Austin American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Board as Membership Chairman. In her time out of the classroom she volunteers with the Red Cross, Foundation for the Homeless, Hands on Housing and serves on the Administrative Board and Nominating Committees at FUMC Austin.
