ITIL v3 Foundation Certification Training Course Description

Prepare your staff to pass the ITIL Service Management Foundation Certificate exam!

Understand the basics of the IT Infrastructure Library and the details of the Service Management processes. This course examines each of the Service Support and Service Delivery Processes including the goals, benefits, challenges, relationships, and inputs and outputs of each process. After taking the course, the participant is armed with the information and materials necessary to pass the Certification exam. Additionally, the participant’s knowledge and understanding of the ITIL Service Management framework will help in process improvement and improved services and productivity.

This course is preparation for the EXIN or ITIL exam. The test can be scheduled (at an additional fee) at a prometric test location any time after the course.

Duration: 2 days

Class Size: 24 maximum
