The Interpersonal Advantage

No matter how well someone knows their products, services, and the fundamentals of their role, they can’t succeed without mastering interpersonal skills and building strong relationships. With strong interpersonal skills, you’ll use the right approach at the right time with the right people. It includes listening well, uncovering useful information, understanding expectations, managing conflict and working collaboratively toward expected results.

This highly interactive workshop includes observation, discussion, role-playing, lecture and activities that teach participants how to grow their Interpersonal Communication and Relationship Building skills.


Participants will learn to:

  • Positively and professionally represent their organization.
  • Improve relationship building and conflict management skills and handle difficult or awkward customer interactions to produce positive results.
  • Use a combination of communication and problem solving skills to drive issues forward and accomplish business-focused results.
