It includes listening well, uncovering useful information, understanding expectations, managing conflict and working collaboratively toward expected results.
This highly interactive workshop includes observation, discussion, role-playing, lecture and activities that teach participants how to grow their Interpersonal Communication and Relationship Building skills.
Participants will learn to:

- Improve relationship building and conflict management skills and handle difficult or awkward customer interactions to produce positive results.
